  • Tanking sucks

I like the podcast but there is too much focus on tanking. Tanking is no fun for a season ticket holder or true fan. Actively trying to lose is depressing and not worthy of a sport or the athletes. And it’s a lottery anyway so they are just incrementally increasing chance to get a high pick that might not work out. If next season is another season where they actively trying to tank, I’m out. Just not fun. Fans and players deserve better.

  • Lifelong Nets fan - good listen!

Good listen, lifelong Nets fan living in Chicago. Now that they’re not a good team and never on national TV it can be hard to keep up so really appreciate this podcast and the consistency with how often they’re posting. Just got league pass and as bad as they are always excited to keep up.

ANALYST: Why Keaton Wagler Could Be TOP Player On Brooklyn Nets' Board At No. 6 In 2026 NBA Draft
Q: What makes Wagler appealing as a fit for the Nets, beyond raw numbers?
His ability to get downhill, his off-ball shooting, and his high-level decision making translate well to Brooklyn's needs, especially in a wing/guard role where versatility and ball movement are prized.
ANALYST: Why Keaton Wagler Could Be TOP Player On Brooklyn Nets' Board At No. 6 In 2026 NBA Draft
Q: Do you think he'd be the top guy on your board?
Yes, in my view Wagler is the top guy on the Nets' board among the guards in that range due to his combination of shooting, decision making, and positional size, even if he lacks elite athleticism.
RUMOR: Would Brooklyn Nets Go AGAINST Consensus And Select Nate Ament At No. 6 In 2026 NBA Draft?
Q: If the Nets take Nate Ament at number six, what would that mean for their draft strategy?
It would signal a bold, high-upside bet that prioritizes length and potential over immediate, bankable production, aligning with a history of taking risks on long-term development rather than safest options.
OPPORTUNITY: Can Brooklyn Nets Trade Down And Still Land Their Guy In 2026 NBA Draft?
Q: If you were Sean Marks and Sam Presti offered Kaysen Wallace, AJ Mitchell, or Nikola Topic plus 12 and 17 for six and the 2027 Houston pick, would you do it?
Yes, if the core pieces and future assets align, that kind of offer would be compelling and worth taking a strong look at, especially with the possibility of landing a top prospect and still preserving 12 and 17 plus a future pick.
SHAKEUP: Could Brooklyn Target Jalen Duren In Free Agency To SOLIDIFY Frontcourt? What Other Players Could Be Top Targets?
Q: How would you like to see the front court upgraded this off season, whether through the draft trades or free agency?
The consensus is to pursue size and physicality, with Duren as a top option but balanced by considering other centers and ensuring the price aligns with Brooklyn's long-term plans, plus weighing the value of a veteran ball-handler to help the roster.
