  • Officially done

I’ve listened to this show for about two years and I’m officially done. This guy has gotten more negative by the day, and I get it because it’s the jets but he gets negative because he thinks only what he wants a team to do is the only right move. Or he bashes a move with no context or admittance that it was probably the best of the options or atleast the same positive/negative possibility as other options. For a guy with no football experience he sure talks like hes bill parcells. His madden... more

  • Missed the mark

John B has has been great for the last 2-3 years. however, I’ve been very disappointed in his takes starting with Tanner E. I believe he has missed the Mark in blaming Tanner E for the Jets offensive fails. did you watch the Pittsburgh game? It was filled with RPO‘s and the scored points. Tanner called a good game. Did you watch the next game against Buffalo? Something happened to JF he stopped running and he stopped throwing. JF leader admitted he hurt his knee. But for weeks he refused to run... more

  • Media bias

This guy needs a co host. He talks with way too many opinions as if fact especially for someone with literally zero football operation/scouting/coaching/ or playing experience.

  • Media bias

How many football operation jobs has John had? How many jobs has he had that actually work in football not commenting on it? Did he play or coach or be apart of a football team at his college? This guy talks like he’s a seasoned prosfesssioal who knows more about football than every member of the jets organization, how have the jets not offered him a job? I can’t stand how these media people basically say if the team doesn’t do what they want it’s wrong despite having no real experience with foo... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

New York Jets Draft: Arvell Reese’s Role Must Be Streamlined for MAXIMUM NFL Value and Impact
Q: What do you think of the idea of selecting Kaydn Proctor at 16 and playing him at guard?
The host views Proctor as a versatile piece who could play tackle in some schemes but may fit best as a guard in others, and discusses balancing athleticism, arm length, and technique to decide the best path for him in the Jets' line.
Jets Should Consider Carnell Tate for No. 2 Pick—How Wilson-Tate Pair Can Elevate New York
Q: Is Tate more of a two than a two-plus, and would the Jets be better off trading down?
The host suggests Tate could be a viable No. 2 if the Jets value a high-floor, complementary weapon who can stretch the field and create matchup problems, while acknowledging the broader trade-down benefits to accumulate picks and still land Tate if the board falls right.
Jets Should Consider Carnell Tate for No. 2 Pick—How Wilson-Tate Pair Can Elevate New York
Q: What do you think about drafting Carnell Tate at No. 2 given his profile?
He's an interesting fit because he adds a premium-position dynamic back into the receiver room, but his tools aren't the flashy, slam-dunk type; the debate is whether that trade-off can still yield a strong, two-man pairing with Garrett Wilson, even if he isn't a guaranteed all-pro.
Why Breece Hall Is TOO Important for the New York Jets to Lose
Q: Should the Jets pursue Jauan Jennings or another veteran receiver to solidify the WR room?
There is value in signing a veteran with known routes and playmaking ability, especially to balance a young group, but it depends on market deals and cap space.
Why Breece Hall Is TOO Important for the New York Jets to Lose
Q: What is your view on the top 2027 quarterback prospects and how stable is the draft board a year out?
The quarterback class is highly unpredictable a year out; there are risers and fallers, and it's not wise to lock in a top pick until nearer to draft day.
