  • You know what you did, Jon.

It’s March 26, 2026 and I just listened to your most recent episode. This is one of the most thoughtful episodes I’ve heard on this channel in years. I’ve been a fan since your first year in 2016 and I am practically a daily listener. Thank you for the hard you put into your work craft and I appreciate your dedication

. God bless you with your family.

  • Officially done

I’ve listened to this show for about two years and I’m officially done. This guy has gotten more negative by the day, and I get it because it’s the jets but he gets negative because he thinks only what he wants a team to do is the only right move. Or he bashes a move with no context or admittance that it was probably the best of the options or atleast the same positive/negative possibility as other options. For a guy with no football experience he sure talks like hes bill parcells. His madden... more

  • Missed the mark

John B has has been great for the last 2-3 years. however, I’ve been very disappointed in his takes starting with Tanner E. I believe he has missed the Mark in blaming Tanner E for the Jets offensive fails. did you watch the Pittsburgh game? It was filled with RPO‘s and the scored points. Tanner called a good game. Did you watch the next game against Buffalo? Something happened to JF he stopped running and he stopped throwing. JF leader admitted he hurt his knee. But for weeks he refused to run... more

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

NO HOT SEAT: Why Aaron Glenn's New York Jets Job Is SAFE Unless Team COLLAPSES in 2026
Q: Our first question, John, what does Aaron Glenn need to do to save his job in 2026?
Glenn is not considered a guaranteed lock for 2027, but a disaster season is unlikely to immediately end his tenure; however, if he appears overwhelmed or fails to learn from 2025, his position could become precarious. The owner's unpredictable mindset and media sensitivity complicate the decision, but as of now the trajectory suggests Glenn may be allowed to prove himself in year two before any major changes.
STEP UP: Why New York Jets NEED Geno Smith to ELEVATE Offense Beyond Justin Fields’ Mediocrity
Q: Will the Jets rely on veterans or young players to lead the offense this year?
The host argues for a balanced mix, expressing a preference for younger, cheaper players who can grow, but acknowledging veteran leadership can stabilize the locker room without undermining long-term potential.
STEP UP: Why New York Jets NEED Geno Smith to ELEVATE Offense Beyond Justin Fields’ Mediocrity
Q: What should our expectations be for Geno this season?
Expect Geno to be the bridge quarterback with enough competence to keep the offense moving and avoid the high-variance tendencies seen with Fields, while the team evaluates young options for 2027, aiming for steady improvement rather than a dramatic rebuild.
ELITE POTENTIAL: Guest Jacob Goins Explains Why New York Jets’ Omar Cooper Is the Next Great NFL WR
Q: Which category does Cooper fall into—ready for day one or needs a year or two of seasoning?
He is more ready than unready, with a period of polishing still beneficial, suggesting he can contribute early while continuing to develop.
STEAL OR REACH: Jets Pick Cade Klubnik in NFL Draft— Let's Break Down His Upside With Guest Robby Sabo
Q: How are you feeling now about the top two picks after the draft and the fit at edge and outside linebacker given Glenn's system?
Robby argues Reese fits the defensive scheme well with versatility, while Bailey is more of a pure edge rusher; he also notes the impact of scheme and coaching in maximizing the players' potential.
