  • You know what you did, Jon.

It’s March 26, 2026 and I just listened to your most recent episode. This is one of the most thoughtful episodes I’ve heard on this channel in years. I’ve been a fan since your first year in 2016 and I am practically a daily listener. Thank you for the hard you put into your work craft and I appreciate your dedication

. God bless you with your family.

  • Officially done

I’ve listened to this show for about two years and I’m officially done. This guy has gotten more negative by the day, and I get it because it’s the jets but he gets negative because he thinks only what he wants a team to do is the only right move. Or he bashes a move with no context or admittance that it was probably the best of the options or atleast the same positive/negative possibility as other options. For a guy with no football experience he sure talks like hes bill parcells. His madden... more

  • Missed the mark

John B has has been great for the last 2-3 years. however, I’ve been very disappointed in his takes starting with Tanner E. I believe he has missed the Mark in blaming Tanner E for the Jets offensive fails. did you watch the Pittsburgh game? It was filled with RPO‘s and the scored points. Tanner called a good game. Did you watch the next game against Buffalo? Something happened to JF he stopped running and he stopped throwing. JF leader admitted he hurt his knee. But for weeks he refused to run... more

  • Media bias

This guy needs a co host. He talks with way too many opinions as if fact especially for someone with literally zero football operation/scouting/coaching/ or playing experience.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Why Best Player Available is SMARTEST Move for New York Jets in 2026 NFL Draft
Q: Could Carnell Tate be an option at two, and what would justify taking him there?
Yes, Tate could be considered at two if the Jets prioritize building strength at wide receiver and believe he can contribute early; otherwise, the host would prefer a move down to accumulate more assets, as Tate's prospect profile is not a guaranteed all-pro talent.
Why Best Player Available is SMARTEST Move for New York Jets in 2026 NFL Draft
Q: Which draft slot would be considered too high for a non-premium position and who would you really want?
The answer depends on the board, but the host suggests a strategic openness to trading down and collecting extra picks, with a preference for pursuing a top talent at the right value rather than forcing a non-premium at two simply due to desperation.
Why Best Player Available is SMARTEST Move for New York Jets in 2026 NFL Draft
Q: I understand positional value is a real thing, but so is the lack of talent on this roster from top to bottom. If we traded back from two, would you be on board with drafting a non-premium player later on?
I wouldn't hate taking any of these non-premium players at two, especially given the Jets' roster needs and the potential to trade down for extra picks; the key is balancing immediate impact with long-term value and cap considerations.
New York Jets’ Draft Success Hinges on Vision, Not Selecting Arvell Reese or David Bailey
Q: Is it worth taking a quarterback on Day 3 even though the odds are low?
Yes, because the impact of a developmental quarterback can be outsized if they develop into a quality backup or starter, and historically a few Day 3 quarterbacks have risen to notable roles.
New York Jets Draft: Arvell Reese’s Role Must Be Streamlined for MAXIMUM NFL Value and Impact
Q: What do you think of the idea of selecting Kaydn Proctor at 16 and playing him at guard?
The host views Proctor as a versatile piece who could play tackle in some schemes but may fit best as a guard in others, and discusses balancing athleticism, arm length, and technique to decide the best path for him in the Jets' line.
