  • Filler with the fanboys

Now that it’s fall again, I can’t help but think about my old neighbor, Scott. I’ve told you guys about him before. He was a middle-aged guy who spent all his time sitting in his mom’s basement rambling to himself about a pathetic football team. He told us kids that he was talking to his friend who lived in England (and that was why we never saw him)… but he wasn’t fooling anyone. If only girls had existed back then… oh wait, they did…

  • The filer episodes

I get every show needs a some filter content but this show would rather talk about cowboys for 30 min that its own player that was out for the season and it’s been two days since it happened, there is no build up to the first week opener,

There is one guest who just take 10 min to get to one

Point .with that being said there is good content being provided with the interviews from media personnel.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Episode 2,736 - What Do the Data & Analytics Say About The Jets 2026 Draft Class (Part 1)? w/Jim Cobern
Q: Can you dive in a little more on the specifics of the data when it comes to Sadiq?
Sadiq shows elite athleticism but his receiving market share and overall production lag behind top tight ends, suggesting he could be a high-upside move tight end depending on scheme and coaching, with a floor and ceiling framed by his athletic profile and offensive usage.
Episode 2,737 - What Do the Data & Analytics Say About The Jets 2026 Draft Class (Part 2)? w/Jim Cobern
Q: Tell me about the data profile here when it comes to Arnaz Cooper (the offensive lineman drafted at 188).
Cooper packs impressive size (6'6", 340+ pounds) with length and traits that project NFL upside, but testing data is sparse; his athletic metrics are not fully proven, so the profile suggests a high upside as a late-round swing tackle but with some uncertainty due to limited testing.
Episode 2,734 - Little Big Man: The Journey of D'Angelo Ponds w/Zach Osterman
Q: What stood out most about D'Angelo Ponds' transition from James Madison to Indiana?
Coaches and analysts highlight how he quickly adapted to higher competition, the trust Indiana placed in him to anchor coverage, and his ability to maintain elite play despite the larger platform and tougher opponents.
Episode 2,733 - Answering YOUR Mailbag Questions (Part 2) w/Glenn Naughton
Q: Do you think it's not a stretch to say that if Sweatt, Phillips, and Briggs are on the line at the same time, it would be hard for teams to run the ball?
Yes, adding those three interior and edge talents makes the run game much tougher, especially with Bailey and MacDonald on the field, and the Jets intend to deploy them in a way that minimizes obvious weaknesses.
Episode 2,738 - Answering YOUR Mailbag Questions (Part 1) w/Glenn Naughton
Q: Why do I feel like David Bailey is just Carl Lawson pre-Jets with better marketing?
Glenn explains that David Bailey is viewed by some as a higher-graded prospect with different production and run defense traits, and that caution is needed when making direct player comparisons.
