This is awesome
The new host of this, Jacob Goans, or whatever his name is is brutal… he’s super enthusiastic, I’ll give him that, but he literally shares no information of value. Just makes a lot of Captain Obvious type statements, and doesn’t give any insight or facts as to why he feels the way he does when he shares an opinion.
Iit’s amazing that he can talk so much about the Hoosiers every day without literally saying anything.
Host is not an informed Hoosier. Very obvious he has no real insight and does the bare minimum research.
Love the Hoosiers and like this podcast, but Jacob Goins, the current host, talks a lot and says nothing. Repetitive and very little information is shared.
Love the Hoosiers but this podcast would benefit greatly if the host did more prep work instead of seeming to just show up and share random opinions.
Insights shared on the last episode include that if a player has an enthusiastic reaction after a campus visit that probably means the visit went better than if he doesn’t, and that the basketball team will be better if we fill the roster with good players.

The show delivers daily analysis and insider perspectives on Indiana Hoosiers football and basketball, blending game previews, roster moves, and coaching strategies with broader college sports business and media dynamics. Episodes often swing between in-depth breakdowns of depth charts, position battles, and practice intel, and larger discussions on scheduling, conference mechanics, and NIL-era economics, sometimes featuring crossovers with related programs or guest experts. A standout trait is the blend of practical game insight with market-aware commentary and sponsorship integrations, plus a willingness to debate controversial topics like non-conference scheduling and coaching staff continuity. This mix makes it appealing to dedicated In... more
