I think Chris Manning is probably a really nice guy who is incredibly conscientious and earnestly wants to give fans an accurate, fair analysis of the Cavs and the team’s competitive positioning in the NBA. I bet he’s a really good friend to those who know him, and an even better member of his family. But would it kill him to laugh once in awhile when he’s on air? You do this every episode lately after an ad read. Makes it sound like the podcast is over after fifteen minutes.
As I don’t live in the land anymore, I enjoy tuning into the Pod to get some daily Cavs info. Generally decent discussion, if not somewhat formulaic. Biggest complaint is the constant phrases used by one of the hosts, like “at the end of the day”. Please avoid these sorts of verbal hang-ups, show will come across as more professional that way.
The Cavs have absolutely no bench scoring at all.
Wish there was more basketball talk and less politics.
