I have recently begun listening to the podcast, and have found it extremely validating and educational. I am an OT, and find Chris’ reflections upon his own journey very touching and relatable. I attend therapy at Chris’ clinic which is how I got onto the podcast, and it has really helped deepen my understanding of concepts I’m learning about in therapy. Couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experiences!
