It's funny that I happen to be listening to this episode as we are crossing the Atlantic Ocean on a transatlantic cruise and I thought, well this will be interesting! I decided to really listen to the sound of the waves and the breezes. I'm watching the rise and fall of the horizon and I find that my heart rate has gone down.
