The storyâs make me feel good. They have all different types of stories for all different types of opinions, moods, or beliefs that you might have or be in! Iâm quite young (about to go to college) and this helps keep me calm before going to bed. It helpâs my brain focus on one thing rather than the stresses of the world.
I absolutely love this podcast, and I donât listen to podcasts. Ericâs voice is so peaceful and soothing that Iâm usually asleep before heâs finished the first paragraph of the story, no exaggeration. My only regret is that Iâve never found out how any of the stories end!
I have always had a hard time getting sleep and staying to sleep. I create all night play lists, starting with the meditations and adding on a variety of extended episodes. Especially like it when I do wake up, itâs to crickets or water sounds heâs recorded and it creates an automatic calmness. Instead of remaining awake for 3-4 hours, I am able to meditate and get back to sleep within an hour.
His gentle voice wraps you up in a warm and loving hug leaving you blissfully unaware of the troubles in your mind. My constantly disturbed sleep can be remedied by reinviting a story to be read to me. I never hear the end of the story because I am asleep. Staying asleep not so good at. I love love love this podcast. Keep sending me to sleep.
Erik has such a soothing voice. His stories are calm and thoughtful. Itâs like a warm hug that embraces you as you gently drift to sleep. I consistently fall asleep during his stories - so much so that I have no idea how they end! Love listening to this podcast every night - thank you Erik!
