This podcast is awesome! Iāve tried many different sleep podcasts, and this one is by far my favorite. Erikās voice is so calming, and the stories are very relaxing. Also, I love how you have included characters that are LGBTQ+! I myself use they/them pronouns, and when I listened to an episode with a nonbinary character, I actually gasped and said, āthat character is nonbinary!!ā Keep up the good work!
I stumbled across this podcast and now I listen every night. I tell my husband Iām putting Erik on, itās time for bed! And Iām always asleep before the episode is over. I donāt know what it is, but the gravelly voice lulls me to sleep like a toddler and a lullaby. Erikās voice is a bedroom staple.
Eric is so generous with his access to his stories, his calm, peaceful tone, his even delivery, I plan to become a subscribing member as soon as I get a small boost in income, just because I appreciate him so much. I donāt think Iāve ever heard a whole story through before Iām sound asleep, and it happens even quicker with the guided meditations. Thank you, Eric! Iām a terrible sleeper and youāre really helping!š©µš©µ
Erik gives such a sweet grandpa vibe. The setting always feels like a cabin in the woods, fall time. Chilly with a fire place. He sets me off to sleep when Iām having trouble getting there myself.
Thanks Grandpaš¤
The storyās make me feel good. They have all different types of stories for all different types of opinions, moods, or beliefs that you might have or be in! Iām quite young (about to go to college) and this helps keep me calm before going to bed. It helpās my brain focus on one thing rather than the stresses of the world.
