I used to have a really hard time falling to sleep, and it was really difficult to find a good alternative to the problem, but thankfully, we found this podcast. I swear ever since then, I cannot say that I’ve had trouble sleeping. I am asleep within five minutes or less of each episode. This is really great for kids, teens, preteens, toddlers, and even adults! This has changed my life with sleeping. Absolute magic thank you so much, Joanne.
