  • The high pitched squeaky voice is annoying

Interesting concepts but the speaker's high pitched squeaky voice is grating. I couldn't listen any more.

Dr Karen is a treasure. Her perspective is quite rare in the world of energetic, esoteric healing modalities, having an education and years of experience in conventional medicine. Her humor and demeanor have kept me listening to all the past episodes. This podcast is the best I’ve heard for understanding light energy, alchemical medicine.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Raw and Real with James and Karen: Experiencing the Supernatural
Q: You described imagining events and then seeing them unfold. How did that shape your understanding of your abilities?
It showed me that my mind could perceive potential outcomes, which felt like remote viewing. This understanding helped me see that these sensations were real and that learning to interpret them could be empowering rather than frightening.
Raw and Real with James and Karen: Experiencing the Supernatural
Q: James, you mentioned a vivid childhood encounter with a colorful being. What did you feel in the moment, and how did it influence your view of these experiences?
I felt scared and confused, not knowing what it was, which made me question whether these visions were dangerous or meaningful. Over time, I realized there were more experiences and I started to search for meaning rather than fear, recognizing them as part of my sensitivity.
Healing Military Sexual Trauma with Heidi Lobstein
Q: How many women and men were at your base when the MST occurred, and how did that environment contribute to the experience?
The guest explains uncertainty about numbers but describes an unsafe housing situation off base and a broader culture that normalized or ignored sexual violence, making reporting and seeking help difficult.
Facelifting + Block Therapy with Deanna Hansen
Q: What sparked your interest in Block Therapy and facial decompression?
Deanna describes her personal journey from athletic therapy to fascia-focused work after an intense anxiety attack, leading to a discovery that touching and decompressing tissue combined with breathing could transform pain, posture, and aging.
Why Metopausal Women Can't Lose Weight with Matty Lansdown
Q: What can people partake in Matty's training or programs?
Matty's main program includes psychological mindset work, nutrition focused on overall health, and accountability to assist in personal development and weight loss.
