Thank you for starting this Podcast! I’ve been following you for a few years, and have been on quite a journey with my own relationship with my body, food, and fitness especially through motherhood and as a military service member, and competitive athlete for much of my life…environments where we’re judged in many ways on our performance and even our body composition. Crystal’s content is so refreshing. I love the focus on *families* breaking free from diet culture. I have done a lot of work to heal my own relationships to food, but was grappling with my children’s eating behaviors. Crystal has opened my eyes that I was using approaches on my children that I absolutely hated when I was a child. The cycle is real- but it’s never too late to change. Huge thank you to Crystal for providing valuable information!
Do yourself and your kids a favor and listen to every episode! Incredible insights and wisdom 💖
