I’m a huge fan of Gin, author of Delay Don’t Deny, which is based on Intermittent Fasting. So when I learned that she had another health-related podcast I had to give it a listen. more
Was disappointed to hear that you were discontinuing this podcast. The intermittent fasting subject is well covered in your twice weekly other one and also with Melanie. It would also be interesting and informative if you could take on some fasting stories that are more challenging.
I’ve been a follower of Gin Stephens’ fasting communities for almost a year now, but I just found this podcast and I already love it! Gin and Sheri discuss relevant topics, and they do their research beforehand. They are both so relatable, you feel like you’re having coffee with your neighbors. Love it!
Sherri and Gin feel like my friends; sharing experiences, advice, and life stuff in general. I have become physically lighter carrying out intermittent fasting Gin Stevens-style. But now I am also spiritually lighter every time I listen to the Life Lessons pod cast. So many fantastic guests offer great insights, and the girls help make sense of it all in the context of our lives. Thank you both for being so genuine. It really does shine through.
