    Em’s podcast is one i recommend to all, as a newly grad ECT, i assure you this is what i listen to during my daily commute! Understanding and supporting children’s behaviours is a critical aspect of working with any children and that’s exactly what Em helps to do. Plus teacher wellbeing, organisation, inclusive and trauma informed practice, Em speaks to it all 🙏

    I’m so glad I came across your resources. I’m going into my second year of teaching and I feel like I definitely let other teachers influence my practise and made me act in a way that wasn’t true to the teacher that I wanted to be and I started using strategies that I didn’t agree with.
