    Em’s podcast is one i recommend to all, as a newly grad ECT, i assure you this is what i listen to during my daily commute! Understanding and supporting children’s behaviours is a critical aspect of working with any children and that’s exactly what Em helps to do.     I’m so glad I came across your resources.
