Sat listening to the recovery series whilst on COVID19 lockdown. Great guests & loving Robbie’s blunt take on all things recovery. Well worth a listen.
Much love, Highgate's lad from the other Broadchurch.
Great diversity of enquire and talent. Fun.
One of the best running podcast out there , not 2long as some seem to go on far to long , great insight into all different types of running and racing, some very interesting and elite athlete guests on give some insight into there careers and training, will miss the Carmel Kid was very knowledgeable in his athletics and very funny with his bus going’s on but I’m sure he back on as guest one day , keep up the good work 👍
OK - so I'm not core audience, I'm not a 10k/ half/ marathon/ trail/ ultramarathon runner. More a saturday morning ParkRun slogger but this pod is great listening when running. Will miss Jermaine's bus driving anecdotes (who knew buses had such comedy potential ...) but the core of this podcast is always the interview. Great job to get such varied, interesting and thought-provoking interviewees. Now, I need to get my running distance up as I keep getting home before each episode finishes .......... more
Thanks for the pod cast guys absolutely love it and look forward to it every week. Great informative content and excellent humour from you both. Still smile about ‘frying pan knee’ 😂. Keep up the good work. 👍
