This show is just what I need to get the inspiration to take action over certain areas of my life. I really enjoy the conversational and in depth interview style. I found it very easy to apply to my life. Will keep listening!
My favorite are the food episodes. But, I've also been trying a few of the exercises recommended. I'm definitely moving more than before listening to Maria's shows.
