  • My Poppin’ And My Peach!!

I came late (HAH!!) to this podcast and I really want to express what it means to me! But I just finished listening to Episode 168: Industrial Wellness (feat. Nate Hanson) and my crippling anxiety has me worried that I’ll never be able to do so as eloquently as the comment on Brian’s Instagram which he read prior to this episode’s Outtro.

And then I realized the hilarity and wholesomeness conveyed in that moment ALSO said it for me better than I ever could and then I spiraled…

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

287: Adventures Through Inner Thigh (feat. Dave Cobb)
Q: What are your pet peeves?
People who don't understand their surroundings and stop in the middle of walkways and with their strollers and their map out, looking like they don't know where to go, pull to the side.
271: Wow! (feat. JP Hasson)
Q: JP, what do you do?
I’m an artist, visual artist and musician, occasional comedian and gardener.
259: Late-Stage Reddit-itis (feat. Jay Novella)
Q: When you see these shows that go so far off the rails, does it feel to the people behind the scenes like this is a natural outgrowth of what came before?
I think there's more of that going on than people actually think. It's hard to know how writers can pull it off where they don't know what's happening and then miraculously figure out an ending.
259: Late-Stage Reddit-itis (feat. Jay Novella)
Q: How are you liking the show?
I am enjoying it very much. I have not had this rabid investment in a piece of media since the first time that I played Fallout New Vegas.
257: Like Driving Through Texas (feat. Steve Kleinedler)
Q: Did it pain you to see how much Improv Boston changed?
Yes, it's sad since it was such a vibrant part of the community and had a rich history.
