This man has some clearly personal and intense dislike or fear of psychotics. He speaks about them frequently (esp but not always in distinction from psychosis) with such disdain and dismissal that it becomes hard to listen to. This negative affect is such a non-Lacanian approach to psychosis, it is bizarre and feels deeply personal and coming from some place in him. Some of us are psychotically organized!
