I love seeing this out here. I was born and grew up in CS, went to Prin, Cedars, AU summer camps. I was fully immersed in the CS world, till I was 33 and finally got out. I got my sister out too. My mom died as a CS to cancer because she refused to treat it, and my dad is still a CS. I minister to him when he is around. All that to say I'm so glad to see someone out here having so similar experiences I grew up with. Thank you for making me feel so much less alone.
a great way to start processing a life in and then outside of CS. some guests require editing, a lot of editing.
Great episodes that are relatable for someone like myself who has left CS. I wish I could talk to everyone from these episodes because these podcasts are the one space I’ve found that makes me feel less alone. Thanks for your content and keeping it real. Looking forward to future episodes!
