Del, Al, Mike and Andy…providing great information and stone-cold truths about real estate investing!! This is the place to start for real financial freedom!!!
Have to recommend the show for all those in real estate. Priceless information
Such a great show with a variety of topics! I love how the hosts will answer listener questions, and give their best feedback. Highly recommend this show!
It's quite impressive to learn that Jeff began his investment journey with single-family houses, progressed to multifamily communities, and managed to purchase his first investments from Asia. It shows that investing can be accomplished from anywhere in the world.

Mike, Del and Al doing mailbag and answering investors questions is awesome. The "escape from tight budget" part that I liked was 1) real estate is about control 2) debt equity (i.e. your lazy money) and 3) talking through cashout refi / HELOCs through the numbers. Love it!
