Alex BalgoodLeap of Health was created in an effort to continue learning, learning the old ways, the new ways and all those alternative ways to achieve Optimal Health. I will be diving in this adventure with many experts from MD’s, Psychologist to Healers and everything in between. Because as we are all unique, we also might need unique alternative ways to heal our Mind Body and Soul.
