I love this podcast so much! I’m still trying to figure out how to send episodes to leaders with whom I interact without seeming passive aggressive …
I’ve been a manager for the last 8 years and believed I knew a lot about leadership. This podcast has expanded my knowledge beyond belief. I am constantly engaged and Nate does a fantastic job at utilizing a lot of memorable sports analogies and I continue to look forward to every single episode to continue to add different leadership traits and habits to my tool belt.
An amazing podcast that you will definitely recommend to others. You do not have to be a sports fan or even understand sports (I certainly don’t) to be able to relate to and learn from Nate’s leadership lessons. Although I personally have loved learning about the different sports and enjoyed the different leadership lessons Athlete’s can teach. I look forward to each new episode and apply the insights and awareness both personally and professionally.
I’ve been recommending this podcast to all that will listen. You don’t have to love or even like sports (although that’s a personal bonus.)The leaderships gems Nate provides are epic and never ending. “The world needs more leaders now than ever.” We hear you Nate. Keep it coming!!!
This is such a good podcast. You’d be surprised how many leadership skills you need in everyday life. Plus the sports angle keeps my interest while bettering myself as a leader.
