This is the show the world needs right now. There is so much to learn from Alejandra’s thoughtful and insightful lessons. I am a better communicator from listenimg. 🥰
I listened to the first episode in the series on passive aggression. I learned a lot about how and why people communicate one meaning with their words but a different meaning from their tone.
Alejandra has a way with her tone and words that shows her expertise cultivated from years of experience. She explains the necessary relation one needs to have with oneself before communicating to the external world. I enjoy listening to her because she makes me see and hear things from a different perspective.
Alejandra has a wonderful way of communicating and and helping us using language that we can understand and relate to. She really taps into communication patterns that we all struggle with. I think Alejandra for providing us with such a wonderful podcast.
Alejandra’s podcast is a gift. Not only does she help us see others and how our words effect them, she also gives us tools to better understand ourselves and see how that understanding effects our words. Her insights and tools help us connect both to others and ourselves. Thank you!
