This podcast is so thoughtful and well researched. Katya brings a clear, grounded and well-informed and perspective to wellness topics that are often polarized or riddled with misinformation. As someone who tries to navigate the field of wellness with care and intention, I deeply appreciate what Katya is offering!
Such a great podcast, especially if you are in the woo-sphere / yoga world.
I was totally down to try out this podcast and after two episodes, just no. The host is completely biased in many forms and it’s too annoying listening to the very limited perspective this one has to offer. She just doesn’t get a lot of things, I don’t even know where to begin. Some things she said were straight up wrong and ignorant so listener beware.
At its best this is excellent consumer advocacy for the wellness industry. Her analysis is generally thorough and much needed and the episodes are strongest when they are rich with examples and research.
Sometimes, however, the shift in tone can be jarring as she slips into a more gossipy and less journalistic voice.
