Some interesting insights but also some blatant biases and flat out wrong information on some topics. For example, the whole diatribe on raw milk is just flat out wrong. For some reason she failed to mention that way more people get very ill from eating raw lettuce every year compared to raw milk. Not to mention her information on plant vs animal protein is just flat out wrong. I was totally down to try out this podcast and after two episodes, just no. The host is completely biased in many forms and it’s too annoying listening to the very limited perspective this one has to offer. She just doesn’t get a lot of things, I don’t even know where to begin. Some things she said were straight up wrong and ignorant so listener beware.
