私たちは不安になると、つい「答え」を急いでしまいます。
けれども、すぐに結論を出そうとすることが、人の話を最後まで聞けなくしてしまうこともあります。
今回は、そんな「話を聞かずに決めつけてしまう」背景にある心理と、そこに不足している大切な力──
ネガティブ・ケイパビリティ（曖昧さや不確かさに耐える力） についてお話しします。
曖昧さを抱える力があると、他者の意見を受け止めやすくなり、対話が深まります。
