  • Long and long, but worth it

Like a King book, I need to pick and choose what I listen to and how much time and attention I want to give it. So, I can only speak to the Dark Tower books pod, Low Men in Yellow Coats (wish they’d have done the complete Hearts in Atlantas), and an episode here and there. more

  • Great in-depth analysis

After finishing the Dark Tower audiobooks again, I found this podcast. I love their in-depth conversations about the books, and their tangents are pretty good too.

  • A new path on the beam.

I’ve listened to dark tower series many times and read it more when I was younger. Soon after discovering this pod cast a new light was shown to me. The lord of the rings similarities the insight I didn’t know from references in the books, Matt and Scott have made it more enjoyable richer with the added depth and details I’ve missed and they picked up. Having named my son Roland, this podcast has confirmed I made the right choice. more

  • I hate I didn’t find this sooner!

After just finishing the Dark Tower series (again!) on audible, I was given this podcast as a recommendation. I wish I had known this existed so I could follow along with Scott and Matt during my most recent listen. Their astute insight and easy banter make what is already a fantastic series even better. I have binge listened for the past week and am already moving into Song of Susannah. Can’t wait to catch up with the end of the Dark Tower series so I can start following along with them through... more
