This podcast is ok, while looking for meditation podcasts I came across this one, to improve it please slow the speed down and kinda don’t get what she kinda talks about. Also you might want a better microphone cos in parts you can still sometimes hear her breathing.

We just came across this podcast and love it. My 10 year old uses it before bedtime to calm down. I love that she jumps right into the meditation. Other podcasts have you listening to so much chatter before the meditation and this podcast begins to soothe right from the beginning. Thank you so much!
