These ladies have knocked it out of the park with these adorable 5 minute meditations!!! The themes are very kid centered and quick so as to keep your child’s attention. My little guys look forward to waking up to them everyday - so much so that we have infused them into our morning routine! We also use them at bedtime to recenter ourselves and decompress for the night. Such a simple way to practice mindfulness! Great job ladies!!!!
