I don’t know why it took me so long to write a review for a podcast that has been so much a part or our mornings for so many years. My daughter has listened to her daily affirmations on the way to school through the end of elementary school (when we discovered it), intermediate, (largely wanted to skip it in middle school), and has wanted to go back to it this first year of high school. Needless to say, our family loves this podcast.

At first, my kids were honestly a little annoyed when we started listening to Charm Words 😂. But now, if I forget to put it on, they remind ME!
We listen on our way to school, which is the perfect amount of time to start our day with positive thoughts and affirmations. I especially love the deep breaths, and I find myself saying the affirmations right along with them. ❤️
