Fellow kid podcaster here (culture kids), yoga instructor and meditation specialist and I am floored! We have been listening to this show in the mornings with our 3 and 6 year old and it has been making such a difference for them.. I’ve been listening to it in the evenings too and it’s like a positive spell(Def not just for kiddies!!) thank you and please continue bc the world needs much more of this!!!
