Kick in The Creatives Podcast

Tara and Sandra remind us that we’re not alone, whatever creative path we’re on and however far along it we’ve progressed. There’s always someone who has faced the same challenges, battled the same demons or hated the same art materials and there’s fun to be had so long as we let go enough to enjoy the process and let the results look after themselves.

They are so funny and wonderful! I have tried countless other art podcasts but none appealed to me as much as kick in the creatives. They have inspired me to write a book, even though I hated writing but had many good ideas, then I heard Tara and Sandra had written a book so I thought if they could then why couldn’t I, so thank you so much!!!

They put the art in heART, sharing their accumulated knowledge with genuine love and care for the listeners art journeys.

I’m not an artist but an aspiring Jazz guitarist (hobbyist) and am finding inspiration to explore the colours of my music more deeply. I may even pick up a paint brush one of these days.

This is one of my Go-To podcasts. Each episode delivers something different - including gems of inspiration to maintain your creative habit. Their most recent episode was about creative block, which is something that has plagued me recently. Their discussion was honest and real and really hit the spot. They also run a brilliant Facebook group which is full of different creatives using every medium imaginable. Another source of inspiration that you shouldn’t miss. Jay (aka Roving Jay)

It’s so fun to listen to these ladies banter back and forth. Between the laughs is some sincere inspiration and encouraging advice. So grateful for them sharing their experiences with others.

Just discovered these lovely ladies and am a new fan & follower! Very inviting personalities and fun, interesting and informed conversations. It will be fun to go through their episodes and catch up before 2023!

Sandra and Tara are refreshingly authentic in their approach to the world of art and creativity. They speak candidly due to their connection to each other as hosts, as well as their natural ability to get the best out of their guests. Worth listening to whether you are a seasoned creative or just beginning!
