而在诸多抗衰老的策略中,饮食常被提及。北京时间10月24日晚11点,西湖大学郭天南团队在《细胞》杂志发表研究,通过追踪小鼠“一生饮食日记”以及人类饮食调研,揭开了蛋白质摄入与衰老潜在的秘密——限制蛋白质摄入可能具有延缓衰老的潜力,并根据相关的小鼠实验推测,中年或是最佳窗口期。

为了看清细胞内的物质,科学家们将目标分子标记上荧光分子。在特定激发光的照射下,这些分子发出荧光,从而“点亮”所要观察的对象。荧光蛋白(FP)的发现,因此荣获2008年诺贝尔化学奖。
