在西方，園藝治療可以追溯到古埃及時期，當時就有醫生發現讓病患在平靜，沒有威脅性的花園中散步，接觸陽光，新鮮空氣和植物，可以有安撫情緒的效果。園藝治療引進到台灣之後，臺灣園藝輔助治療協會就結合了華人特有的青草文化，用我們熟悉的青草、中藥等植物，配合中國的節氣時令，例如端午節會用到的平安植物-艾草，菖蒲等等，製作香包，香草茶。
這次的新型冠狀病毒疫情，的確有些中藥對於肺炎的症狀或是提升免疫力有效果，所以在園藝治療的課程中，我們用了胡乃文醫師的辟瘟香囊配方，簡化版配方只有六味中藥，一起來聽聽這些中藥... more
一般人聽到失智症，第一個想到的應該都是老人、健忘衰弱的老人，但其實30~65歲的人有千分之一的機率罹患失智症，在台灣約有1.2萬人為年輕型失智症患者，有些人在出現症狀時，很有可能都還是家裡的經濟支柱，很多家庭，甚至患者本人在一開始都無法接受自己罹患了失智症，也無法面對自己的失能，但年輕型失智症的惡化速度非常快，有可能在短短幾年就走到人生的終點。

【阮e青春夢-日治時期的摩登新女性】由玉山社在2018年所出版的
作者鄭麗玲教授是高雄人，她專攻台灣史，主要研究日治時期的社會與教育。而這本書透過採訪日本統治時期在台南第二高女就讀的女同學們，並獲得許多歷史照片及文獻，呈現從1895年到1945年，50年間局部日治時期台灣女學生以及當時的摩登新女性的生活面貌。
