《看理想圆桌》新专栏“AI时代的人间来信”，第一期邀请杨照老师开启，谈谈他对AI的看法，以及汉娜·阿伦特《人的条件》（又译：人的境况）对我们今天的启示。
专栏的缘起是，在去年年末的时候，我们邀请杨照老师给听众写了一句2026年的寄语和一份新年书单。

今天这期，如题所述，是编辑部的年中叙，除了去云游丰容的颠颠，还是我和林慧，还有小马。
不知道为什么，以往我们的感触都各不相同，但今年上半年，我们好像都有一种“为自己而活”的决心和行动。也许在很多听众看来，选择这样一份工作已经是在为自己而活了，但其实在工作生活、人际关系中的纠结、内耗，还有对工作意义的怀疑，也真实地、经常地笼罩着我们。
但好在，我们做着一份并不轻松但持续滋养我们的工作，也好在，我们都寻到了一些方法和心态，希望我们的分享能够让你会心一笑或有所启发。
