用编辑夏夏的话来说，《不止减压的正念艺术》这档节目是她留给看理想的一份“礼物”，但也许我们要花一些时间才能真正收到它。
练习正念和收听正念节目一种神奇的体验。在练习中，杨光不断重复让练习者“向所有声音/环境——敞开”，这才让我意识到，正念的深层方向并不是让人更加专注自身、关注自我，而是感受身体，感受身体处在怎样一个空间，并且接纳我们所处的世界。在接纳和觉察中，很神奇的——身心竟然真的获得了安定感。

我一直很清楚记得看理想前几年的T恤，上面写着“为这正在改变的时代”。然而现实残酷，后面那几年，变成了我们在努力追着，想要赶上时代的速度。
最近总是很容易怀旧，比如博客时代——然而“博客”这两个字念起来都有点拗口了，像是要说“播客”没有发音标准。而播客，在看理想更古早的名字叫“音频节目”。
