I’ve been listening to Kayln’s podcast for years! Listening is so comforting. Kayln talks to her listeners like we are her closest friends she genuinely cares for. The topics she discusses are regarding self growth, self love and self discovery.
I love how you can not only relate yourself to the topics that are discussed but see how others that you love might benefit from listening. The best example is “your inner child” episode. My sister and I are only 4 years apart, but are very different in so many ways. Night and day is the only way I can articulate it without going into detail. This inner child episode resonates with me with parts and I could see how it would help her as well. Uplifting work.
