  • Never get to the point

So many ads and when they do manage to get past the pointless jabber and more ads it’s a decent conversation. Hard to hang in there to that point.

  • Difficult

A very difficult listen. Dudes don’t even bother to justify their transphobic stances. Probably because there’s no justification. Just offensive ranting.

Hour 3 : Andy Manske Joins
Q: What motivates you to run for governor as a young candidate?

Hour 1: It's All Jon's Fault; DGR Joins
Q: There was a video where a speaker said AI reading the names caused boos; is there truth to that and what does it say about AI adoption among younger generations?
Daveed explains there is visible AI backlash among some groups and discusses the broader context of AI being viewed as a disruptive but evolving technology in education and culture.
Hour 1: It's All Jon's Fault; DGR Joins
Q: My question for Daveed is, in any kind of AI diagnosis, it's all about the data. And if I'm reporting my own symptoms, I'm an unreliable source.
Daveed argues that AI can act as a funnel into professional care, using self-reported data as an initial signal but guiding people toward appropriate medical review, while emphasizing AI literacy and safeguards.
Hour 1: The AI Judge; Daveed Gartenstien Ross Joins
Q: Would an AI judge be fairer or more impartial in theory?
Daveed suggests that for certain procedural roles like magistrate judges, AI could handle pattern-based tasks with speed, but broad questions of fairness and accountability complicate deployment in real courts.
Hour 3 : Adam Schwarze Joins
Q: When we talk about fraud, what aspect of fraud troubles you, bothers you the most, Adam Schwarze?
The guest emphasizes the broad impact of fraud, arguing it undermines essential services, harms vulnerable populations, and erodes trust in government, while also linking it to a call for stronger leadership and accountability in governance.
