  • Great information

I love this podcast. I always learn something. I’ve been listening for some time and was fortunate to be a guest last year. I especially enjoyed today’s episode with indie author Bob McGough. His transparency and authenticity is refreshing and appreciated. As a fellow indie author, the information I learned helped me realize my book is doing well based on average sales of other first time authors. Keep up the good work, Colton.

  • Excellent podcast that brings out life’s truths

I was so grateful to hear: ‘Only put your best out there’ is what’s driven into us and ‘it makes you super afraid to fail’ and it being discussed as there is so much pressure on living the ‘perfect life’.

Yet, the beauty and point of life is in its ebbs and flows and ups and downs as this is what allows you to grow, discover, learn and evolve as human.

People judge success, happiness, love, etc. by their own lens (based on their beliefs, experiences, values etc) so the key is being clear on wha... more

  • The smartest “dumb” talk

I think the show is about “dumbing down” topics people feel are somehow beyond their grasp, and then discussing them on a much more insightful level than usual. It’s a fun, smart listen, and it opened my eyes to some new and surprising aspects of reality. The host is modest, honest and instantly likable — the kind of guy you feel comfortable learning things from. It’s a good use of your time!
