  • Always on the forefront of the future of work

I listen to this podcast every weekend while I am working out and it’s great. Josh’s monologues are great as he unpacks important topics that are current and explains them in simple terms, and recently there are now Chief People Officers and HR tech CEOs providing their insights on these topics as well. The length is perfect and consumable. Add it to your podcast rotation if you are into HR, learning, and leadership.

  • Too many product pitches

I find the content so blah, and there’s so many product pitches. This is one podcast you should skip. Painful to listen to, plus a lot of undercover advertisements, so overall it’s a pass.
