今天终于在东京的赛道上克服一度困扰了1年半的ITB髂胫束问题，并大刷新我的PB。
曾经一度以为那24年的悉尼首马 3: 56: 56就是我永远冲不破的魔咒。
24年的悉马后，ITB第一次的袭来。
经过一年的训练，增多力量训练，改善跑姿。在The balance runner Paul Mackinnon的指导下从过长步幅的后根着地改成了中前掌。
然而ITB依旧反反复复。
25年二战悉尼马在30公里后只能靠走完赛。

程小远在去年的12月和今年1月先后回国两次，跑了国内的大好河山；
Jaime也在1月前往大阪再回国各地奔跑；
终于两位都回到MRC的大本营-墨尔本，今天和柏老板好好聊聊最近在国内跑步的见闻。

浙江台州市天台的白帐篷面包跑：
大阪国际女子马拉松作为纯女子赛事，是一场小规模的女子精英赛。报名要求满足全程马拉松成绩在3小时07分内 / 30公里在2小时08分内 / 半程马拉松在1小时25分内 / 万米在36分内。比赛报名费是15,000日元，全马成绩在2小时45分内免收报名费。
大阪女子马除了严苛的报名门槛，还有较为严格的关门时间，全程设置4个关门点，5公里23分钟关门，20公里1小时30分钟关门，30公里2小时15分钟关门，38公里2小时53分钟关门。最紧张的5-20公里基本要求4分28秒以内的配速。
