股骨受傷骨折之後的復健之路的確漫長。
除了「動」還要「動得對」，講求姿勢，也講求效率；要注意髖關節與大腿附近「血循」（血液循環）的狀況，如果血循不好，不僅復原慢，腳還會水腫；也不能夠坐太久，臀部的肌肉會壓扁⋯
諮詢骨科醫師的觀點與復健科醫師的建議，為了讓骨頭癒合更好些，也不要讓左腿及臀部肌肉繼續萎縮，我進入了三總的復健部。
