我們在數數字時，比較不會有問題，但是如果在說明排列順序時，可能就會被華語化了。
一般來說，在描述第一時，例如考試得第一，可以說成「得第一名」、「打頭名」。
但是如果是講下一次呢？客語應該要說成「下二擺」。就像火車上播報時要說成「這一站」、「下二站」一樣。
但是如果是形容最後呢？有的人說是「最尾名」「最尾」，但是傳統上是說成「第一尾名」。
而最後就會說成「第一後」，口語上「第一」兩個字會出現合音，而變成「tiˋ」這個音，寫的時候還是要寫原形才好。

在發炎的過程中，打針吃藥通常是必要的手段，尤其是痛風引起的發炎，那種痛真的只有親身經歷過的人才有辦法體會。
