This is not an exaggeration: Connor is doing real damage to my ears. Every. Single. Time. he transitions between topics he shouts. Please work on it or fix in post production. Everyone has their tics, but professionals fix them.
Love it
Connor and Zach generally do a good job on this podcast. Zach is an outstanding journalist and provides excellent objective analysis and reporting. Connor, unfortunately, spends much of his time trying to sell himself as an insider, name dropping, and talking about himself, how much he knows, and who he’s been talking to. He also allows his personal relationships get in the way of his objectivity.
A couple notes: Connor presents too many takes that he doesn’t back up with his rationale for the take. He presents himself like a qualified tale talent evaluator and that feels phony. Also, Connor shouts when making transitions between topics. It’s a small thing, but it’s rough when listening with headphones. Zach needs to use a cough button when snorting his mucus. Otherwise I love the show.
Two weeks in a row I can barely listen to the podcast because the audio is so bad come on you guys. You can do better just run it through an editor balance The audio please! I am so glad I found this podcast so many of the Jets podcast have changed this year and I’m glad to see Connor has an awesome new cohost and a great new show. Thank you both so much.
