    I have been following Emily for some years now. Not from the start, but a few years in. The last two- three years my focus kind of took a break from personal development for several reasons. One thing is the fact that I gave into the fear. Accepting and setteling in my life. At the moment I spend too much time consuming. Something that clearly is not good for me at all. I think the episode about being seen says it all for me.
