  • Obsessed but it’s so quiet.

So so so grateful for this podcast but it’s always so quiet: even at full volume it’s hard to listen to in public, no matter which of my headphones I use.

  • Everything I Needed

The length of the episodes is great for realistic day to day life. That’s what I’ll start with. But also, I left social media a while back and the truly only person I missed seeing content from was Ilana Glazer because she makes information so palatable and relatable. The mix of funny and serious is perfect. Thanks Ilana 🥰

  • Real, Educational, and Easy Listen

I have been listening to this since the first post. I have followed Ilana since Broadcity and I was so excited to see she is doing a podcast.

If I could give this podcast a 6/5 star review - I would. She brings the best people in to be interviewed and each episode is real, educational, and easy to understand. Sometimes I listen to an episode 2x because I don't want to miss anything.

Keep doing this girl! We LOVE it!

  • I NEVER DO REVIEWS

But I absolutely have to after spending the last few hours binging on these delicious, scrumptious episodes. Motivating, sexy and, obviously, heartfelt.

Thank you for sharing your talents with the world and love you!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Zoe Lister-Jones
Q: How did you come up with Slip and what inspired its themes?
Zoe describes Slip as a natural evolution from Band-Aid, rooted in sexual empowerment and world-building through a female-centered lens, and discusses the process of writing seven episodes during the pandemic, directing, and casting choices.
Rania Batrice
Q: Do you have hope for renewed leadership and a shift in the political landscape?
Yes, because anti-establishment, non-normie candidates are breaking through, fundraising in new ways, and mobilizing small donors; people are waking up to their power and demanding authentic leadership rather than staged messaging.
Chi Ossé
Q: What is your bagel order?
Chi's bagel order includes a poppy seed bagel, lightly toasted, with scallion cream cheese, thinly sliced tomato, red onion, lox, and capers.
