  • Happy Sabrina is back!

What a relief! Finally something substantial to listen to. Was getting very tired of the silly laughing between the two Sonia’s! I totally get that fun is important, but it was often times hard to decipher what was even being sent between all of the silly laughing, talking over each other, inside jokes, and valley girl pronunciations.

Episode 200: The Value of YOUR Unique Intuition
Q: How can I protect my energy and stay grounded while maintaining relationships with loved ones who project limiting beliefs?
Be in your body, hold your boundaries, redirect conversations to shared values, and avoid personalizing others' negativity; return to your center and continue living according to your own truth.
Episode 199: Asking Your Guides for Help
Q: Maya asks whether a sudden wave of calm before making a decision is a sign from spirit, and how to interpret it.
The hosts affirm that such feelings are signs of divine support and reassurance from spirit, and advise affirming and accepting the message rather than overanalyzing it, while continuing to slow down and listen.
Episode 194: Choosing Compassion Over Comparison
Q: Lillian asks for guidance on how to connect through prayer in a way that resonates personally without being tied to a specific tradition.
The hosts suggest that all prayers and practices can be valid if they resonate with the individual, recommending trying various approaches (mantra, walking prayers, traditional prayers) and creating a personal, evolving relationship with the divine.
Episode 191: Slow Down and Embrace The Light
Q: How do you follow your path when it is intertwined with your husband's, and how can you honor your own journey within a long-term relationship?
The speakers suggest recognizing each partner's unique soul journey, creating space for individual paths, and seeking a third option or pause to prevent polarized outcomes, while maintaining connection and mutual respect.
Episode 190: Activate Your Intuition Through Creativity
Q: Is that my spirit? And how do I connect with it more?
You have a purple dot as a spirit guide, not your spirit, so acknowledge it and ask for guidance.
