Michelle offers valuable information and advice that we can use. Loved it!
I have been slowly working my way through the episodes on people pleasing and boundaries and Michelle's voice and work is powerful. I've gained fresh insights and started regaining my sense of self , boundaries and energy thank you 💖
This podcast has shown me great tools and insight in to the gift of empathy and how to manage it. My only complaint is that Michelle minimizes the bad actors / energy vampires we struggle to protect ourselves from. I feel like she lately has been putting all the fault back on me. I wish she would validate us, the empaths, more. My struggle with boundaries and people pleasing aren’t a problem with healthy, humble, respectful people. This podcast is gold! I cant stop listening. Learning so much about myself every time!! So grateful for this!
I did a search on podcasts for Empaths and boundaries, and Michelle's podcast jumped out at me. I listened to episode 11 on boundaries and everything resonated to my core. I am incredibly grateful she is helping us Empaths/HSP understand ourselves better. She is literally giving us free advice and coaching, and seems incredibly kind, understanding, down to earth, and relatable. Thanks for helping me feel my feelings, set up boundaries, and make me feel like I'm not alone.
