I am fortunate to live in the same area as Leslie. It’s beyond fun hearing about her disasters and victories that we also have been through. Her quick witted humor, Horticultural or otherwise, make me laugh out loud. She’s knowledgeable and a SUPER interviewer that allows her guests to speak. Could there be a “funner “ podcast?! And most importantly, having lived on the same property for 40 years, we can attest to the scary fact that we have witnessed great losses in bird and insect populatio... more
Long time fans of Leslie’s IG account, we look forward to this podcast every week. We are pretty experienced gardeners but we learn new things every week. LH is hilarious, practical, and hosts fascinating guests. Countless times, we’ve listened to her show and gone outside and tackled a new project.
I recently got bit by the gardening bug. I have been reading and listening to podcasts about how to garden. This is one of my favorites. From the intro music, to sound quality, to interesting guests, this is by far, one of the best podcasts I’ve come across. I’ve learned so much.
Finally, a podcast that is realistic about gardening for the typical, amateur gardener. This podcast makes me feel like I’m strolling with Leslie in my garden while she gives me useful tips and encouragement. I like Leslie’s pace and diversity of discussions, especially her acknowledgement of what doesn’t work in the garden. This podcast should inspire folks to take up the wonderful world of garden!
I just discovered Leslie Harris’ podcast, and I am so glad I did! Her range of show topics is timely and diverse, and she is a confident practicing gardener who will readily admit the things she is still learning. I really enjoy the show, and I can’t wait to see what new things Leslie creates!
