This is one of my go-to podcasts for Spanish content. I’ve only scratched the surface of what is offered - but I love the fact that there are transcripts and flash cards. Ideally, I listen to an episode once at 3/4 speed, then read the transcript, then listen again at full speed.

The fact that he supplies the transcripts and vocabulary lists for each episode changes them from an interesting, but relatively passive experience into an exciting learning adventure.
