Actually I like the podcast, but he is screaming so loudly out of the blue sometimes that it’s hard to find a good sound setting, I have to turn sound up and down all the times… everytime he is screaming loudly again, I turn sound down as much as possible but then when he is speaking normally it’s too quiet and I can barely understand what he says… it makes me crazy and I got so much ear pain after listening to the podcast…

I was overwhelmed at 400 hours of Spanish input when I tried to listen to Juan’s podcast. Something clicked at 650 hours and now within all the rambling, laughing and coughing “pardons”. I find enjoyment in getting the gist and every know and then a joke he laughs at. I haven’t made it through all his episode yet but I’m sure I’ll enjoyed them all again a second time through. Keep the podcast coming.

It is comforting to listen to Juan while I practice Spanish. He seems like an uncle and I bring him along for a chat when I want to hear about real life experiences. I like that he speaks from the heart so he is more than a Spanish teacher to me. Es mi tío (en mi mente) :-). Gracias Juan!
