    I’m now Retired from 43 years handling a multitude of claims in Commercial, Personal Lines, Benefits lines etc. A friend recommended this Podcast to several of us and I try not to miss any episodes. Factual, interesting and thoroughly enjoyable! I recently listened to the episode about the BSA and while this is such a disgusting situation I listened and learned quite a bit about this case and the “cast” of Insurance carriers.   • Interesting material but…

    The audio mixing needs improvement. The narration is at a volume far below comparative app volume and below the show's own bumpers. Thankfully I don’t listen with headphones, but even so I would prefer to hear the show without the bumpers blasting me out of my seat.
