From a broker in the UK, it’s a great listen
The audio mixing needs improvement. The narration is at a volume far below comparative app volume and below the show's own bumpers. Thankfully I don’t listen with headphones, but even so I would prefer to hear the show without the bumpers blasting me out of my seat.
I'm not in insurance at all but this is such a great podcast. Presenter is knowledgeable and so good to listen to. Great approach to her topics, a lot of history and where insurance played a role, or completely failed to play a role. Be sure to read your policy 😉
