  • Embarrassing

For two people so on the inside they prove that there is no journalism in F1 - two grossly misinformed and sycophantic talking heads only in it for access. Really disappointing.

  • They started a podcast and quit on the fans

They only want a podcast if Sir Lewis is relevant. British homers when the podcast aired originally I had great hope but they stopped because their guy wasn’t winning. And now Autosport will continue on it’s British biased death spiral. Bec is a perfect example of the Peter principle What a joke

Special Guest: Alex Jacques
Q: How did you approach writing about Murray Walker and the voice of broadcasting?
I aimed to honor Murray Walker's iconic status by explaining how his storytelling and enthusiasm shaped generations of fans, while also noting the evolution of broadcasting style from his era to today.
Special Guest: Alex Jacques
Q: What were some of your favorite chapters to write besides the big surprises?
One of my favorites was the driver's strike chapter, because it showcases how drivers, teams, and managers navigated power dynamics, with vivid scenes like tents and negotiations that reveal the era's tension and humor.
Special Guest: Alex Jacques
Q: 75 milestones in the 75 years of Formula 1, how did you choose them?
I started with about 40, then realized I'd biased the list toward eras I loved, which forced a labour of love to fill gaps and ensure the selection covered a broad arc of history.
