Refreshingly honest and insightful podcast letting you learn about property development and Millbank academy training. They seem to be teaching genuine up to date real world development with emphasis on the future and sustainability.

No one will teach you this craft in this level of detail. Shoddy places get built not because people don’t care, but because people can’t create high enough land values through this complex maze. This podcast will teach you how to do that. Property development starts with land, so does your kids kids environments and downstream, so does the spiritual health of the planet.
These podcasts are a great chance to tap into Paul’s amazing knowledge and experience gained from decades of property development. Certainly looking forward to more episodes and insight. Thanks for this Paul & team.
